The process was very efficient, happened mostly in 1 or 2 sessions, on outside and one on-site. I spoke with recruitment, head of engineering, product manager of the team I'd join and CTO.

I had a round scheduled in morning that got moved to evening on the same day. Since it was after discussion with me, that's fine. No interviewer joined the evening round. I waited for about 15 mins. I called 2 recruiters from OLX -one cut the call and the other didn't pick up. I sent a message. I didn't get a callback. Next day I directly for a meeting invite which I had to decline due to conflict. There has been no communication since then.
