3 tier interview process. 1. first a meet & greet with you, which can last 10 minutes. 2. If they like you they'll send you to an "on-site" interview. In my case they met me fore 10 minutes then sent me on a 40 minute drive for an interview that lasted 60 minutes. Something I didn't know was that in this interview, the interviewer was suppose to teach you about specific sales vernacular (ie. law of averages/5 steps to a conversation). The interviewer did not review this with me and it will comeback in the final interview. 3. In the final interview, you'd meet with the owner and they would ask you explain what you learned in your 2nd interview. I did not learn anything from the second interview, so I literally did not have an answer. They offered me the job anyways (in the interview), which wasn't a good sign seeing as how I didn't know the answers to their question. They never asked what my future plans were and could tell they just wanted people to fill in the office. Definitely felt like a rushed interview job.
