Recruiter reached out to me in LinkedIn to fill a role on their behalf. Had one recruiter screening then 2 rounds of interviews & never heard anything back. The overall process took a month and half. I definitely felt like they were putting feelers out for "the perfect candidate" & stringing me along. Could be a one off but I also felt they did not value my time at all during the entire interview process & eventual ghosting. The management did seem very smart though and they were friendly enough in the actual interview.
