I had a two-round interview process with OPED. The first round was a one-hour HR interview conducted online with two interviewers. It focused exclusively on HR-related questions—no technical or role-specific discussion. I felt I answered everything clearly and confidently.
The second round was a technical interview with simple Python questions. I responded accurately to all of them and felt very positive about my performance. My profile aligns well with the job description, and I genuinely believed I was a strong match for the role.
However, despite passing both rounds and feeling optimistic, I was rejected without any explanation. It’s unclear what kind of candidate they were ultimately looking for, which makes the outcome feel opaque and disappointing.
