First met with office managers to get a sense of the job, then had a phone chat with the boss during that visit to arrange in person interview A few days later, had in-person interview with employer 1 on 1. Reviewed resume, professional, personal interests as well as covering all the job requirements, salary, benefits information very thoroughly. Finally, a third on-site visit to the technical facility for random questions and tests related to the job which I passed successfully. I was officially hired during this 3rd visit.
