Interview
The hiring process has three stages:
1) A candidate has to pass 1 hour/ 50 questions tech test.
2) HR manager talks to you in English to get an idea of your English level and personality.
3) Tech professional talks to you about web development and can ask any relevant question. In case of candidate looks good, gives a recommendation.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OSF Digital in Feb 2022
Interview
Had one interview with HR, then a technical interview and if successful you go to a 3rd interview to show the practical and technical exercise you were given to complete
The interview was easy but the tset was quite difficult and i have to conquer with other 12 people aound the world , of course i failed . i was just a student and the were adults with more free time

They call me in Skype and we have short interview, We spoke with HR and then they give me test task which include to develop couple pages. It was easy html css js jQuery
