Was a simple interview, based around behavioral questions and asking about previous sales experience. We walked around the Walmart while talking and it ended up being more of a chat rather than an interview which was nice. Overall not too stressful or difficult.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OSL Retail Services (Thunder Bay, ON) in Aug 2014
Interview
Phone from match marketing, then Skype interview with District Mgr
The phone was pretty simple. It went over the basic questions, about the job, pay, past experiance.
The Skype interview for me was different. His skype wasnt working so he just called me to do a phone but it normally is Skype. This was more of them checking my personality and wanted me to show him how I could sell a phone with him.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at OSL Retail Services (Minot, ND) in Oct 2018
Interview
Very quick and small, only asked about me and my work history. I stumbled as I had practiced for more difficult questions to sell myself to my employer but still managed to meet the mark to beat my competition in getting the job. I love this job still, and highly recommend it.
