3 stages 1 - introduction, get to know you, why are you interested, etc. they explain the pay structure. 2 - basic mental math exam and simulated trading exam. 3 - technical interview: questions about markets.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OSTC in Aug 2017
Interview
The process consisted of 4 meetings:
1 - information session where they explained the basics of the job.
2 - math test / simple arithmetic. Timed.
3 - one on one interview.
4 - trading simulation test.

Interview
I applied online and received a phone call following days. It took around three weeks as a whole.
At first there was math test and something like a computer game. The second phase held with local operations manager. After very friendly two face-to-face meeting the process was completed and they sent an offer letter.
