Interview with manager and supervisor then follow up with peer interview group. Waited weeks to hear back. Contacted by HR. Then the background and drug testing and visit to employee help before orientation
It was a fairly Hard interview. First with management and then with your peers. Both times they go around a large table and each ask a different question. They were very friendly though

The peer review interview is DEAD people....please move into the 21st Century. This is meaningless and a waste of time...many a good employee is lost because of the peer review .
