I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OakTree IT Staffing and Training (Tulsa, OK) in Jun 2018
Interview
In person with a manager, then a large group one with all the employees. I wasn't asked a single question about my background or accomplishments. It was all personality related and I was mostly ignored during the group interview, the employees just joked among themselves. I got the feeling they were just looking for a culture match and not interested in who had the right skills.
