It's a very slow process. The first interview was with a technical person—it went on for almost 1 hour, and he asked a lot of detailed questions across various topics. I’m glad I was able to successfully clear that round.
Second round: This was a client-facing round with two panelists—one Technical VP and one Finance VP. This round was less technical and focused more on what I do and how I manage my work.
Third round: Again with VPs—two people joined and the discussion became quite intensive. I initially expected a normal discussion round, but it turned into a deep dive. The first person spoke for around 15–20 minutes, followed by the second person for another 20 minutes.
This entire process continued over a span of 2 months. After each round, there were long gaps with no communication from HR, and then suddenly I would be informed about the next round.
In short, it is not easy to secure a role here—it is a very challenging and rigorous process.
