Interview
Met with the two owners, they berated me to the point that I felt they were trying to talk me out of the position / company. I later received a low-ball offer that I laughed at. Just a joke and a waste of time!

They questioned me about my previous experience, then alluded to the fact it would be a huge learning curve for me saying I should get ready for "a lot of hard work."
