Interview process was okay. Company CEO is knowledgeable. The interviewers described the daily working environments in the company. Also because it is a CRO, it looks like there are strict deadlines to making compounds

I had both virtual and in-person interviews with management. Technical questions were mostly unrelated to my presentation of research. People attending the interview were in and out of the room to work on other things.
