Obsidian X interview questions

It was pretty easy. I applied got an email then phone call to schedule an interview . Once scheduled I was able to go in for interview. There were many people there the day of my interview. I was totally surprised. But i went in and less than 5 minutes walked out

I got a call from HR about four or five days after I submitted my application. After a short conversation, the girl from HR booked my appointment and I went in to the office for a preliminary interview. I interviewed with the HR Director. The preliminary interview was fairly easy, most of it was pretty relaxed, sort of getting to know you. The beginning was things like "Tell me about yourself" "What are some of your goals" "Tell me about your experience with this kind of work" Toward the end, there were definitely some harder questions, but most of them stuck to behavioral questions (tell me about a time that you had to persevere in order to succeed) with some skills questions (tell me a story/narrative about something in the room that would make me want to buy it). She brought me back for a second round a few days later, and I interviewed with one of the Account Managers. He was really nice, but asked questions that were more challenging (Why should I hire you/What can you add to my team). At the end of it, they decided to go with another candidate, but they said that if they have other openings for this, I would be on their short list.
