Octane Raceway Event Host interview questions

The manager and I sat down at a table located in the middle of the facility floor while some small events were taking place. The manager seemed distracted by what was going on and not entirely focused on the interview. Several times I felt that I needed to yell my answers to questions. I feel like it should have taken place somewhere more quiet.
