Two half an hour interviews with different members of the actuarial team. Basic behavioral questions and questions about my resume. The questions were fairly standard. Not too difficult, but I did not get another interview. They let me know in about two weeks that I didn't get a second interview.

Question 1
If you could do one thing differently in your life, what would you do?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at October Three
Interview
I thought that the interview was overall extremely professional. I enjoyed talking to my interviewer and felt that we had more of a friendly conversation rather than a direct Q&A type interview. The interview was in person and they asked some common questions. I later got an email explaining how they had better candidates for the position I applied for. I feel that they are looking for candidates who have had prior internship experience before.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at October Three (Boston, MA) in Sep 2016
Interview
Interview with two different members of the team. Interview questions were not too hard. Very fair questions. Seemed a little more informal than most interviews. It was a fine interview for a company that is just okay. I heard back probably about two weeks later. They made retirement consulting sound appealing though.
