The interview process was very good. The first stage was a call from Aasimah at Instant impact to go through the role. This was followed by a skype interview with Aasimah with verbal and numerical reasoning tests. The final stage was a discovery day with the Octopus team which lasted for 2hours 45 minutes. The whole process was very good and everyone at Octopus were brilliant. Aasimah was super helpful and provided me with all the information i needed to prepare for the interview. The discovery day consisted of an Ice breaker, a group activity on customer service, a group research task , a Q and A session and one to one interview. I must say that in the current climate (Covid-19), Octopus and instant impact were very good with the whole process and it didnt feel like an interview. It was relaxing and everyone felt at ease.
