I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Octopus Energy in Feb 2021
Interview
The first stage of the process was a telephone interview with Octopus Energy's recruitment partners Instant Impact. The second stage of the process was a Skype interview with Instant Impact. The third stage of the process was to complete a couple of psychometric tests. The fourth stage of the process was a Discovery Day with Octopus Energy (this consisted of various group tasks, Q&A, one on one interivew etc). The final stage of the process was a follow up call with one of the managers at Octopus Energy.
Aasimah at Instant Impact was fantastic - she helped me prepare for each stage of the recruitment process. The recruitment process gets you really excited about a career at Octopus Energy and really makes you want the job more.
