Four stage interview process:
- Interview with FC
- Case Study with FC
- Interview with Fund Management & Operations Director
- Interview with Chief of Staff
Overall, the process was very quick with all stages taking place on back to back work day. An offer followed shortly after the final interview.
All interviewers were very personable, open and came across as genuine with their answers to questions.
I didn't find the interview process particularly demanding, but it was clear they are interested in ensuring someone is the right fit for both the Company and the role.
I had applied for one role, but early in the process the FC suggested I may be better suited to another role, which I did agree with.
