First interview friendly (partially in English). Second - in person interview, with a test of knowledge (pretty much all the basics - networking, some hw stuff, tech familiarity, troubleshooting). Approx. 70 questions and generous amount of time to write down your answers. Later they will ask about some of the answers to check that you know what you're talking about.
