      Le processus de recrutement s’est déroulé en trois étapes principales. Tout d’abord, j’ai eu un entretien avec les ressources humaines, qui portait sur mon parcours, mes motivations et l’adéquation avec le poste. Ensuite, un entretien technique a été organisé avec l’équipe de développement. Cette étape visait à évaluer mes compétences techniques, avec des questions pratiques et/ou des mises en situation en lien avec le poste. Enfin, j’ai rencontré le manager lors d’un dernier entretien. Celui-ci était davantage orienté sur la vision du poste, les attentes, ainsi que mon intégration au sein de l’équipe.
