Test (coding) to do in in ~2h.
Then interview with HR (basically say hi to HR). Then 3h interview with R&D (including IQ test and some more tests). I think it's too long as a test / interview.
I submitted my application and then got a request to complete a coderbyte test. The test didn't provide any instructions but said that a video recording will also be submitted with your answers. Test was about an hour long.
I met nice people during all the phases of interview, they gave me a good impression on the company. They made it feel like a conversation rather than an interview.
