I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OfficeSpace Software (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2021
Interview
Overall it was a good experience and the team was friendly and professional. First a screening interview, then I interviewed with the VP of product, then the director of Product. I enjoyed the interview with the VP the most as it was more conversational and he was very transparent. I believe there would have been some sort of assessment to follow the 3rd interview, and then a final panel interview, but I didn’t get that far.

Question 1
All interviewers were interested in why I was looking (as I’m currently employed).
The director asked about how I run beta programs, and also gave an example scenario and asked how I would approach building a product to solve it. Mostly she was just trying to understand thought process about how you approach a problem and what steps you take in discovery etc.
