They explained the job briefly and then offered it me there and then. Very informal. Desperate for staff so I think they would take anyone on. Not really asked any questions other than if I had done previous cleaning experience - I don't think it matters if you haven't as I said they are looking for cleaners all the time. Maybe if you could do relief work as people tend to call in sick last minute and they need people to rely on.
