Following application there was only a one interview process. There were three staff members on the panel. The questions were scenario based which surprised me as I though it would be more focused around policy due to the nature of the role. It was a positive interview experience and whilst I was unsuccessful in the process I would consider applying again in the future. Following the interview, contact was made via email with a simple line that I was not successful, no feedback was provided and there was no clear way of obtaining feedback.
