The interview process was tedious and way too drawn out 5 stages for a role that isn't even senior level is ridiculous. HR is not at all organised and slow to reply with the timezone challenge and sadly lacks professionalism and integrity when managing the candidate process. They are an established business but the way they handle their candidates is far too chaotic and they have poor foresight when it comes to assessing their budget for hiring which the first rule of good HR principles, This role while I was advised was important went through several changes over time some of which weren't communicated properly, I had to follow up several times to get an answer and they also lack transparency which is key for giving a positive impression to people who want to work there and were likely prepared to ghost candidates. However, it is ironic that they consistently advertise this role for the last 3 years and it always ends up becoming an internship? I don't get it, it makes me question their business ethics, operations and efficiency as a whole? No one has even bothered to flag this, but unfortunately this is a very valid warning, DO NOT APPLY HERE, it's messy, convoluted and unstable. I felt like going through this process initially started great but then felt like I was having a really long and painful tooth extraction.
