I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Ohio Business Machines (Toledo, OH) in Sep 2020
Interview
Fast and to the point. If they like you it will move quickly. The job interview is in person. The next part of the process is a ride along. Then after the ride along if you have done well at this point you will be offered an opportunity.

Interview
My first two interviews with OBM were very professional and I was welcomed with a friendly culture. I received a lot of information about the position and all of my questions were answered.
My third interview with OBM was unprofessional and I was asked some extremely inappropriate questions by the sales manager that did not have any relevance to the job and my qualifications. Some of these questions included if I was in debt, what kind of car I drove, what my parents did for a living, where I lived, how much I was paying in rent each month, and if I had a significant other. All of these questions made me feel very uncomfortable as they have nothing to do with my professional life.
