Simple face to face interview with one manager. This is a civil service job so the interviewer already knows lots about your work history. You need to smile alot and not be too opinionated. It's best to dress as boring as possible. This particular office is very gender/religion biased so don't be flamboyant, show tatoos or piercings. If you are LGBT keep it to yourself until you are off probation, they can't fire you for it after that. Extremely strict dress code down to the shoes.
