      Senior Analyst Interview

      Apr 21, 2017
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Bengaluru
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ola (Bengaluru) in Sep 2016

      Interview

There are 2-3 rounds of interviews, the final one at the office and rest telephonic. There is no structure to what the different rounds are. In my case, the 2 rounds I went through were almost identical. A very senior guy in the analytics team took my first round, and he had no clue what he was asking. He asked some random overused puzzles, and some outdated technical questions. No questions were asked about my very relevant experience.
