it was a 1 in person interview in a conference room not structured at all. I went and took my drug test and then got my uniform and started the next day after training.

Although the manager fibbed during this time, the interview process was great. Fairly easy and comfortable. I didn't have to wait for a long period if time before the manager started with the questions.The managers first impression was nice.
