One question asked was about my strengths and weaknesses as a nurse and as a leader.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Olmsted Medical Center (Rochester, MN) in Feb 2015
Interview
It was a pleasant experience. It was a one on one type of interview. They asked very basic questions such as how would you describe yourself, how would you describe your work ethic, and past medical experience/where did you graduate from etc.. the interview was very formal. It was quick and easy, and the application process was not too bad. Overall, a good experience!
