Interview
it took long time , one day usually. now it is simple, virtue, online interview. I have very positive impression about the interview here, very professional, punctual, and questions are challenging, professional chemistry workers.
There are at least two phone calls with the hiring manager and then a technical presentation will be scheduled on Microsoft teams to the hiring team, which is the teammates you will be working with. You will be expected to present a PowerPoint presentation.

Interview
First I had a phone screening interview which took around 1hr and the second interview was a technical interview. I presented my research experience for 30 min and there was a questioner section for another 30 min.
