Olympia Orthopaedic Associates interview questions

I got a call for a phone screening shortly after applying and we scheduled a Zoom interview for a week later. The day of the interview, they called and rescheduled it to another week later. Finally it was time for the interview and two out of the three interviewers didn’t show up. The one interviewer and I waited a few minutes in complete silence to see if the other interviewers would show but they didn’t. She didn’t speak to me while waiting and it was a bit awkward. The interview consisted only of questions asking me of my faults over and over again and she didn’t like my answers. She kept saying “Yes, but…” and repeating the questions to dig for more faults. She twisted one of my answers around entirely and made an assumption and I couldn’t correct her as she took it and ran. She ended the interview saying “Thanks. Have a nice day.” I don’t like the way I was treated in such an unprofessional and unkind manner and I felt her mind was made up before we even began.

Thorough and friendly. Overall a positive experience! The interviewers were very helpful in describing the work environment and what their expectations were for the position. They were also sure to tell me when they would follow up with me about whether or not I had been successful in the interview.
