      Application

      I interviewed at Ometria

      Interview

I applied online, and then received an update from the recruiter to schedule a meeting that was set initially for the next week, but was postponed by the recruiter twice and finally took place almost 2 weeks after the initial conversation. On the interview day, the recruiter was late and I had to confirm with him that he was still available by email, so he could finally join. During the interview, it was clear that the recruiter was not motivated, or probably the decision to reject my application was made before we even spoke. His reactions to my answers looked very unimpressed, despite asking very generic first-round questions. Not a pleasant experience, and a total waste of time.
