I met with HR personnel for the first interview which is a quick glance over experience. Then I met with two managers that same day for the second interview. They seemed to be forthcoming with what the job entails, especially from the non-standard insurance side of claims. They asked a few STAR questions but mainly asked about my experience in claims and what I knew about non stand insurance. Both interviews took about 1.5 hours total. HR called me a week later to offer the position.
