Detailed and friendly. The hiring manager was kind and helpful. Lovely culture within the company but not all the details shared during the interview helped me understand the role I was about to undertake.
The process was fairly standard—applied through a job site and was contacted by the hiring manager. I was a bit surprised when the interview started with the question, “Which position have you applied for?”—it gave the impression that they weren’t fully prepared. However, the conversation eventually went in the right direction. The hiring manager mentioned they would follow up regarding the next steps, but I never received any further communication or feedback after the interview.
