The interview process was fine, but what was very worrying for me was the scope of the interview task - several exercises plus a presentation to prepare, all taking 2 full days to complete (while cutting a lot of corners considering this was just a non-paid interview task). This kind of showed me they don't value the time of their people - you can determine someone's ability with one exercise, no need to make them work two days for free. Really showed the culture of the place, so I'm glad it didn't go anywhere.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Omnipresent (Dubai) in Mar 2022
Interview
Very thorough, efficient and straightforward process. Went through four distinct parts, starting with an interview on background and experience, which led into a case study and presentation, and finally an interview with the VP of Product.
Each stage was coordinated really well, with feedback being provided no more than 24 hours after the interview, which was amazing! The Talent Coordination team do a top job in keeping you involved through all stages and progression.
Each interviewer was great to speak to, and made the interview feel more like an organic dialogue, which I think is a strong representation of the culture, and the people they hire.
All-in-all, great experience.
