Send my CV letter and cover letter to the company's manager by email. Then I got a chance of on-site interview with the manager who is a very nice guy. Then he went through my CV and asked several questions of my previous projects related to FPGA and image processing. Later he introduced briefly about the company and the current projects of the company.
