The first interview was great, very personable and conversational. The vision and process of the company was explained and I had the opportunity to share how I’d be able to contribute. The second interview with the head of the company was anything but. It was extremely rushed and I’m certain she didn’t know my name, as I was not once addressed by it—no more than “hello” and “thanks, bye.” She asked me several questions that would have been answered had she looked at my resume prior to the interview. Regardless of the outcome of the interviews, I would not have accepted a position given the unprofessional demeanor of upper management.
