Manager was very nice but kept me waiting over 45 minutes for an interview (and I came between lunch and dinner services when they were closed). Paper application took 30 minutes to complete as well as it is thorough. All other staff was very nice, but thought it was very unprofessional to be left sitting in the dining room for that long. Shows that they do not take new applicants seriously even though they told me to come in at that time. Training period is about 6 weeks, and they cannot guarantee they will put you on as a server after training (may place you as host or server assistant). Seems like it could be a great place to work and make good money, but just left a bad taste. Interview itself was simple, mostly manager explaining the training process and trying to get me to fill another open position instead. No difficult questions. Manager said she would get back to me with an offer and I never heard from her again
