I applied online. I interviewed at Onbe (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2026
Interview
This didn't sound like an actual Implementation Specialist job; it sounded like an inflated title. The recruiter did not mention anything pertaining to projects but rather a queue. When I asked about the technical aspects of the role, she could not respond. Instead, she focused on terms like "collaborative" and "innovative". It sounded like you needed to be able to do whatever was in a queue, even if old or new. She told me that her best explanation for the role was that it would be good for someone that worked a helpdesk. She somehow pushed for me to provide many details of my roles without having the backgrounf to even understand what an integration looked like. The recruiter said that the process required the screen, and personality index assessment, an interview with the manager and 3 SEPERATE INTERVIEWS WITH 3 DIFFERENT TEAM MEMBERS!
