I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Oncam Grandeye (Chiswick, England) in Nov 2018
Interview
I had the loveliest company recruiter reach out to me, very inviting and transparent about the whole process. Any questions or concerns I addressed were calmly and openly answered. From the start the vibe was very personal and about me, the individual. Technical phone calls and interviews really were about ensuring I feel comfortable to bring out the best out of me. The interviewers guiding me through the process and check up calls after each interview/interaction really stressed amazing communication.
The interviews themselves were very relaxed, I was given time to breathe, think and properly answer my questions. The questions were mixed, switching from technical to soft, and as long as you know what you're doing they were moderately easy to answer. No trickery, no one was trying to catch me out on things that were irrelevant to the specified role.

Question 1
My knowledge on the network architecture was tested, my experience at university, my personal projects and personal questions about myself as a person and how I strive to improve some of the flaws I have.
