3 rounds-screening, call with a team member and a interview with whole team. It was pretty smooth and got response within 2-3 days after each round. Questions were simple, position was for analyst, but they were looking someone with background related to renewable energy.

Round of interviews with senior vice president, vice president, staff engineer, engineering intern, presumably to get impressions of me from various viewpoints within the organizational structure. SVP asked for impressions and ideas of new ventures, VP asked for my background, staff engineer introduced software and asked about background, engineering intern asked about my experience and background.
