      Marketing Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at One Model in Dec 2025

      Interview

One of the most uncomfortable and awkward interviews I've ever had. The screening recruiter was reading questions from a different screen, and then typing the entire time I answered. At the conclusion of my response, she would type in silence for a few more moments, then say "Okay," and read the next question. No eye contact, no engagement with what I was saying, and no information actually offered about the role, the team, or the company. It was impersonal, cold, awkward, and left a terrible impression.

      Question 1

Reading prepared questions, asked me repetitive questions about skills, experiences, and projects that I had already described.
