Round 1 : I got a call from the co-founder through Instahyre. We mostly discussed on the company culture and my career aspirations and journey. It's the round where both the parties can conclude whether they will be a good fit for each other. It went almost like when you meet someone at a Meetup. Round 2 : It happened the next day. I was asked a question on System Design. I was also handed a problem statement to complete and revert back after I've finished it. Round 3 : This happened 3-4 days after the 2nd round when I had implemented the solution. We had a discussion on the solution as to why this and why not something else. Few questions on the concepts that I had used to solve the problem statement. There was no separate HR/Managerial round. I was also asked about my expectations from the company. I received the offer 2 days later.
