Technical Interview 4.Managerial Round 5.HR Salary Discussion All the rounds were smooth and HR is very cool.Interview Panel members were very cool and the interview went more like a chit and chat with friends.

There were 3 rounds in the Interview- 1. Online test (Aptitude/Character). 2. Interview with the Panel members (Technical/Real time scenarios). 3. HR Interview. Online test comprises of very basic High school Math questions (tricky though) and a set of English Vocab (Toughest in my opinion) and A Character test during which a series of questions related to one's personality is assessed. The technical interview is the 2nd step if the online test is completed successfully. Questions base don previous work experience and real time scenario assessment is done. The kind of questions asked tests your actual understanding with the current role. So, it was a great experience not just to answer but also to assess myself. The HR interview is mostly about how keen am I to take up the new responsibility etc., Overall The toughness of the first 2 rounds is close to Tough. Once done, the rest of the process takes hardly any time and Welcome Aboard :-) Friendly and positive vibes thus far. Waiting to join team Advanced :-)
