3 interviews with leaders. Met twice online and with leader and team leads and then a third online interview with other directors. This process took about 3 weeks with many days in between each interview and little knowledge of how things where going

I had two rounds of interviews. Both were panel interviews. I felt they went well, but here we are six weeks later and I have heard nothing. Just ghosted. I feel they should at least send an email to let you know they are not moving forward with you as a candidate.
