      Integration Engineer Interview

      Dec 14, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Kingsport, TN
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OnePartner (Kingsport, TN) in Feb 2016

      Interview

I got asked to have a telephone interview first. After that, I was asked to come to Kingsport for something in person. They asked me a lot of behavioral based questions like "tell me about a time when..." etc. The interview was with 3 people. An HR manager, the person who would later become my manager, and one other person in the company who, quite frankly, didn't need to be there? He never worked in my department and didn't do the same work as me. Seemed stupid. All in all, very easy process.
