OneSchool Global interview questions

Attended two interviews for a HRBP role and the whole process was a disaster from start to finish. The first “interview” was a video recording of yourself answering their questions - extremely impersonal and put me off straight away. No information was given prior to receiving this link, which led me to question their data retention (as I had concerns with recording my face and voice and where this would go). To be fair, due to my concerns they arranged the same thing via teams, which was appreciated. However, both me and a colleague applied for the company so we were aware of what was being asked of each of us. Both experiences were very different - she didn’t receive the video link, I did. She had 1 interview panel member, I had 2. Her interview was very informal and gave more insight into the PBCC, they didn’t even mention this in mine - which felt like I was set up to fail. The second stage interview was very centred around their religious beliefs and how this fits into their Ethos. The interviewer made it clear the rules were pretty strict, I.e. no swearing. She said that they accept not everyone follows this but her words were “I live and breathe it”. I answered the questions as best I could, but could tell I probably wasn’t the right fit and wasn’t expecting to go any further. It took them 2 weeks to reject me and give me feedback which is appalling. I chased twice in that time, and the second time I was ignored. Appreciate you have to wait for feedback, but a simple “sorry it’s a no, we will send feedback in due course” would have sufficed. From reading the reviews on here, I would avoid. Also, there isn’t a benefits package which blows my mind.
