Ontario Ombudsman interview questions

Interviewed twice with OO for different roles. Was brought in each time for an in person assessment. Having passed that, I was offered an interview. Despite following up 3 times after the interview, they still ghosted me.

Substantive legal questions/issues across two rounds. Very professional with instructions on how to prepare and conduct during interviews. First round conducted with several other candidates. Second round virtual with a panel. Significant delays providing an update after the event / often met with complete silence. Once you pass the first round you are in a 'pool' with other candidates for the next time they advertise for this position (which occurs every few months) though it seems as if they continuously re-advertise without actually considering past candidates.
